About our personnel affairs and training system
We carry out human resource development from mid- and long- term perspectives. By examining "what you want to do," "what you can do," and "what you think you should do," we design your career plan. We have the following training system because we believe people take similar steps regardless of aptitude.
What should be noted here is the training for "mid-career employees" at STEP 3. In other words, we'll consider you as a full worker after you've worked for 2-3 years.
